Conscious Mastery® Mastering Levels of Consciousness

I like to take a step back now and then to look at life with fresh eyes. This helps me in the practice of mastering levels of consciousness. I ask myself,”Is what I think of or perceive as truth still valid?”  Life changes and so do we. Truth is ever-expanding. The more I experience life with awareness, grow and learn; the more I allow a greater truth to find a home in my heart.

You and I are not so different. Here we are in a world filled with turmoil yet, we can see through the lens of clarity. Slow down, breath and look at what your day-to-day life is telling you. Though the world may be chaotic, your personal life doesn’t have to be. What is consistently expressing in your life?  Is it peace, happiness, good health? If the answer is no, you have been given many clues as to the condition and nature of your inner landscape. Pick up your journal and write at least three things you could do in one area of your life to begin tipping the scale toward peace and balance. Then apply those small steps into your day-to-day life. One step leads to another.

Mindfulness Is Easier Than You Might Think

I practice living life awake and aware to the best of my ability. During this chapter of my life I am at peace and my personal world is reflecting my inner peace. From my perspective I am adding peace to the collective consciousness. Ask yourself, “What am I adding to the collective consciousness through my thoughts, feelings, actions and conversations?”

There is no better time to become more aware of yourself and life within and around you. Enjoy the process of expanding consciousness even if it feels a bit sticky at times. Keep your heart open choosing peace and love at every turn. See this as another opportunity to practice mastering levels of consciousness. Take the time to feel how a greater truth provides new freedoms.

Mastering Levels of Consciousness

Attainment

When you think about life, do you think life is happening to you? This level of comprehension speaks of disempowerment. At some point everyone wants to rise above victimhood. Moving out of victimhood, the next step up is to control what is going on in your life. Now life is happening by your efforts. Once it is realized that controlling everything in life takes a lot of effort you begin to recognize life is in you. Mastering this level of consciousness, you become aware of your inner landscape, your thoughts and feelings.

Mastering another level of consciousness brings the awareness that life is really for you. I remember reaching this stage. It was such a relief to feel and know I could trust life. A deep satisfying exhale followed by a healthy vibrant inhale told me I was ready for this new level.

I know I can trust my decisions to be for the highest good of myself and all others. This naturally lifts my spirit. I have risen above self-sabotage and so much more.  Blessings compound themselves. Goodness attracts more goodness.

I see life as a gift without a shred of doubt. Trust blooms in my conscious awareness. When you are living in this way, you are mastering levels of consciousness. This leads you to the realization that true power is in the present moment. An intrinsic relationship with gratitude is born with the new found awareness that life is you. You are not separate from life but rather you are life itself. I Am that I Am.

Comprehension

Whatever a person practices they tend to move toward mastery. Make a decision about what you want to master. Do you want to master your Self, grow and become the love you seek or master bad moods, short temper and unkind behaviors. It is always a choice. I suggest you choose well.

Expanding my consciousness is a practice of letting go as well as allowing new thoughts and experiences to have space. My thoughts and actions align with what I believe to be true, however if I get any kind of nudge or sensation within or new information is brought to light that tells me to look again, I do. Getting stuck in old thinking and beliefs hinders the practice and process of expanding and mastering levels of consciousness.

When a new or recurring experience or new information comes to you, remain open minded and feel with an open heart. It is the open heart that provides the ground to master new levels of consciousness.  Ask yourself, “Is this my opportunity to broadened my awareness and expand my consciousness?”

What It Means to Practice Conscious Mastery®

The process of Mastering Levels Consciousness requires you to be aware of your thought processes, willing to look at, understand and allow your feelings and emotions to move. This movement informs you of more of the truth. Your true feelings, the Will expressing without denial, helps you understand what you are really experiencing.

When your awareness sharpens regarding all your activities and communications, internal and external, it becomes easy to adopt simple disciplines that support an expanding consciousness. One example is writing in your journal. This practice helps you learn more about how you think, what you are doing and how you feel about your day, the people in it and situations you encounter.

A strong guideline: cause no harm to anyone and that includes yourself. Your thoughts, words and actions are powerful. Be mindful enough to speak your truth with kindness. If that doesn’t feel possible at the time, step back, write in your journal, sort out your feelings then try it again. Kindness is key.

Internal Knowledge

Practicing Conscious Mastery® helps you discover what drives and motivates you. Is it fear or love? Make a firm commitment  to practice love as well as recognize fear for what it is. Explore life’s situations without judgement. Your practice will enable you to honestly assess your actions and take responsible for all of it. We are not perfect however, we can learn to be perfectly honest with ourself. I will say that as you move along the path of mastering new levels of your consciousness, you become more conscious, which in turn makes life flow.

When taking corrective action, you will rediscover and recover your personal power which sets into motion a whole new wave of high vibrational energy. The more we rise up, the more we need to ground our energy thus bringing sustainable experiences of joy, love and prosperity. We are capable of being the light and a “bringer of light” to others and to the world. We must be grounded to do this so let’s not forget the intrinsic power of nature.

Dancing With Your shadows:

Unhealthy patterns rear up demanding attention. Conscious Mastery® encourages you to look at the patterns and make changes to your way of life. If you look at the graph by David Hawkins you can see significant things shift once your reach a level of courage. Exercise your inner courage which is more than a state of mind. That is what I had to do. I will admit at first i was rather clumsy in my stand and delivery but I did not give up. Today I express my courage with a greater sense of grace. So, no matter where or how you start to move through life courageously simply begin!

Growth brings about an inevitable death of the old ways. Life habits that are no longer helpful, provide no useful service, have lost all sense of meaning and purpose will die. Take note, that like any death, there is a sense of loss. Do not get confused by this grief; it will pass. There is a possibility that guilt, whether in your own mind or coming from someone else, will want you to remain the same. If you hold onto that sense of loss and pain as the old way of life falls apart, you will be led back to the old familiar patterns of behavior. Guilt is meant to be overcome not obeyed. Rise up, break through, live your life in a new way. Freedom from the shackles that bind is calling you.

Understanding and realization of personal power brings freedom

Recognize Opportunities to Master Levels of Consciousness

In all my years of growing consciously, I will admit that some of the best leaps forward were initiated when,  A) I felt threatened, B) I felt a wall of resistance I had unconsciously created or C) I felt a strong aversion to what needed to change.

To my benefit I looked deeper. Maybe because I had hit rock bottom more than once. No I am not bragging, but I am no longer shaming myself either. Whatever the reason, let my discoverings benefit you on your journey.

My advise is to make appropriate changes as you rediscover and recover more of your personal power and more of the truth. Live life in balance and in harmony with your surroundings. We all know what if feels like to be out of balance. Let’s choose to live life in balance, so much so, that we know and feel it as true as breathing. The more we do this, the easier it is to feel when things are off. That is the alert to “course correct” providing opportunity to master levels of consciousness through your courage and corrective action. The quicker we step back, assess and course correct the quicker we will regain balance. Take small manageable steps to right the imbalance.  Let’s all commit to living life Whole Happy andFree!
