Do we have all the time in the world?

The common saying “it is never too late” is by measure both true and false. Personally, I have witnessed in my own life the “ missed opportunity “ sharing a grim truth that sometimes, for some things or some people it is too late.

With that said, Do not waste your time on things that are unkind, unfulfilling, and those that are none of your business. Do not waste time on a  job, a project or relationships with no heart value or worse, those that are soul sucking.

Illusive time

We have plenty of time, yet at the same time we have no idea how much we have.  So do we really have plenty of time? That is the mystery. Many things in life are far from black and white. We are in a constant state of flux. Remember the old saying “ waste not want not”.  Let that apply to your most precious commodity, the all illusive construct called time.

Resting is important

In a world filled with sensory overload, resting may not seem like an option. Some have strayed so far from the sound of their own inner guidance they have lost the sense of value that comes with rest. Too often it is the ” bottom line” that has people making decisions that are not conducive to good health and not a match for a joyful balanced life.

We live in a world that is too fast for most people. City life is most often void of nature. Many things that are here on earth to heal us have gone unnoticed.  We have to make a concerted effort to reconnect with our own being and with nature. It is time to lean into trust, knowing that to slow down, breath and listen to our souls call will help us rather than thwart our dreams and desires.  Unplug from over-bearing information. Much of what is broadcast, at an alarming rate, is designed to confuse, distract and anger the masses. Grab a hold of the reins and take back control of your life. It is yours and this time around, as you know it, it is what you have to work with.

Get into the drivers seat of your life

Get on with your life in amazing beautiful heartfelt ways while you have time. Simplicity is key. Fill the time you have with peace, joy, and good will. Enjoy some alone time as well as time with others. Not all your time has to have an agenda attached to it. Free up your mind and get a sense of who you are and what you really enjoy. Discover what lights you up and do more of that.

Love is all around. Take a beat and notice it for yourself. Once you have the vibe you can share it with others just by being yourself and being with them. Be of service and share the love that is truly abundant in this world. We will have the eyes to see this when we bring balance into our day to day.  love and light Astara
