Breath rhythmically going with the flow. Ride the current and Be one with your Destiny.
Feel the sun and a gentle breeze. Know all is coming together pretty as you please.
Stay on this journey of integrating courage, strength, determination and purpose.
Apply these energies to an area of your life until you feel complete.

Release an audible sigh on the exhale knowing you have a heart filled with courage and determination.
